Who we are

KeepScoring, operated by Max Modulus, is the data controller for your account information. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, in line with UK GDPR.

What we collect

• Account details — such as your email address, to run your account.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment provider, Paddle. We never see or store your card details.
• Uploaded files — the customer data you upload for analysis is processed in memory to produce your results and is not stored on our systems afterwards.

Legal basis

We process account data to perform our contract with you, and rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure the Service.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run KeepScoring: Paddle (payments), Vercel and Render (hosting and processing). They act as our processors and only handle data as needed to provide their service.

Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded analysis files are not retained after your results are generated.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To exercise these rights, contact us below.
