KeepScoring (“KeepScoring”, “we”, “us”) is a software service operated by Max Modulus. By accessing or using our website at keep-score-blush.vercel.app and the KeepScoring application (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.
KeepScoring is an analytics tool. You upload a data file about your customers, and we return statistical estimates of which of them are most likely to cancel, with a suggested reason. These are probability estimates, not guarantees or predictions of fact, and are provided to help you decide who to contact. You are responsible for any action you take based on them.
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown on our pricing page.
You may only upload data that you have the lawful right to use, and you must comply with applicable data-protection law. You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.
Files you upload for analysis are processed in memory to generate your results and are not stored by us. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for business decisions made using the Service’s estimates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
